Directions: pour a handful of these mineral rich salts into warm running water, salts will slowly dissolve. A small cloth bag is provided to contain herbs and botanicals. Soak for 20-30 minutes. The more often you use these soaks, the more beneficial they are. Recommendation is at least 1-2 times per week.
